Trademor, official Channel Partner of Alibaba.com in Pakistan, is looking for a competitive and passionate Assistant Manager Support having 1-3 yrs of professional work experience in marketing & sales/ customer relationship management/ E-commerce, know how of exports and international trade market, having experience on Alibaba/ Amazon/ Ebay or Daraz is a plus

Job Description

• Streamline Support department workflow to ensure better synergy between sales and after-sales service support to customers.

• Enhance In-Service customers experience as Alibaba.com GGS members through engagement and training activities both offline and offline.

• Categorize In-service customers and target them accordingly for service support and guidance.

• Perform quantitative and qualitative industry and market research to cater customers' experience and help in developing market for Alibaba.com

• Bring innovations to the overall department that not only increase the retention rate but help bring in new customers through referral and word of mouth
