Job Description:
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
  • Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
  • Building long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Addressing customer concerns and complaints.
  • Creating sales plans to generate revenue.
  • Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales.
  • Helping sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products.
  • Ensuring both the company and customers adhere to contract terms.
  • Scheduling regular meetings with customers build relationships with existing accounts.
  • Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
  • Monitoring company’s performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
  • Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals and overseeing the production process and execution.
