Job Description: |
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
- Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
- Building long-term relationships with key customers.
- Addressing customer concerns and complaints.
- Creating sales plans to generate revenue.
- Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales.
- Helping sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products.
- Ensuring both the company and customers adhere to contract terms.
- Scheduling regular meetings with customers build relationships with existing accounts.
- Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
- Monitoring company’s performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals and overseeing the production process and execution.
