About the Customer Service Advisor/Telephonist role:
- You will be required to promote good customer relationships and communications.
- You will be the first point of contact for our customers.
- You will need excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A high level of motivation is essential, as well as being extremely customer service focused and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
Customer Service Advisor/Telephonist Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience working in the parcel industry would be an advantage
- Must have previous experience of call answering in a busy environment
- Intermediate or advance Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
- Ability to drive continuous improvement adopting best practice
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong and effective communication skills- both verbal and via email
- Excellent telephone and people handling skills
- Good team player

- Responding to customer queries via phone and email
- Follow up with queries
- Maintaining a strong business relationship with clients
