| Job Description: |
At EWS we have 1 position open for SQA resources having B.S. degree in Computer Science, or equivalent technical discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in SQA (Software Quality Assurance Field) with exposure to the full product development cycle from requirements to post-release
- Additive advantage will be given to candidate having experience in Selenium and have extensively used JIRA.
- Perform both new functionality and regression tests and identify, analyze and report issues using standard defect tracking tools.
- Able to keep test scripts up to date as the product /requirements changes.
- Experience in developing and executing automated test suites.
- Experience in testing related to Databases.
- Individual should have demonstrated exhaustive web services and SOA testing.
- Proficient in using SOAP UI for functional and regression testing.
- Experience in testing web-based enterprise applications i.e. use of Debugging tool like Firebugetc.
- Perform debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to determine breakdown source.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using test plans and functional specifications.
- Strong knowledge of computer development software, such as Microsoft and Java/J2ee. (Nice to have)
- Can investigate customer problems referred by technical support.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-driven and ability to work independently and interact with project teams with management multiple projects/tasks at a time.
- Ability to work at both detailed and abstract levels.
