Job Description:
  • Overseeing the general maintenance of all facilities of the company through effective supervision of the operations team and working with the rest of the company offices.
  • Design work plans and revisions as appropriate to meet the changing requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal offices as well as external contractors and vendors to help complete company activities.
  • Suggest and develop new proposals for improving the overall operations of the company including infrastructure upgrades and process automation.
  • Supervise general administrative and HR support services.
  • Advocate, promote, and implement a healthy, safe and creative work environment.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the executive director of the company.
  • Maintaining and controlling of attendance record.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements regarding finances, procurement, and employment.
  • Handle all queries of night shift labor and staff in factory.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree[Preferably in HR] with at least two (2) years’ experience in relevant field.

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated experience with operations and management especially in a corporate set-up.
  • Excellent team member abilities.
  • Get-it-done attitude with very decision making abilities as per company policy. Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to negotiate on cost, quality, and timeliness
  • Thorough understanding of all processes related to administration.
