Job Description: |
- Overseeing the general maintenance of all facilities of the company through effective supervision of the operations team and working with the rest of the company offices.
- Design work plans and revisions as appropriate to meet the changing requirements.
- Coordinate with internal offices as well as external contractors and vendors to help complete company activities.
- Suggest and develop new proposals for improving the overall operations of the company including infrastructure upgrades and process automation.
- Supervise general administrative and HR support services.
- Advocate, promote, and implement a healthy, safe and creative work environment.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the executive director of the company.
- Maintaining and controlling of attendance record.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements regarding finances, procurement, and employment.
- Handle all queries of night shift labor and staff in factory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree[Preferably in HR] with at least two (2) years’ experience in relevant field.
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated experience with operations and management especially in a corporate set-up.
- Excellent team member abilities.
- Get-it-done attitude with very decision making abilities as per company policy. Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to negotiate on cost, quality, and timeliness
- Thorough understanding of all processes related to administration.
