| Job Description: |
- Answering customer inquiries, entering and successfully processing orders
- Investigating customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution
- Helps in expediting orders as required
- The resource must be fluent in English languages
- The resource should have confident personality
- Should have ability to meet his monthly sales target
- Working effectively in a team environment to meet goals and objectives
- Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing and availability
- Capture clients comments and feedback regarding market trends and pricing
- Communicate with customers via Phone, email and chat
- Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions
- Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions
- Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real and effective solutions to deliver exceptional customer service
Note: Candidate with work experience of any International Campaign in dealing with international Clients will be a plus point |
