| Job Description: |
- Notifying in due time any malfunctions of the HVAC installation on the outside of the building
- Checking the proper operation of the equipment and making the adjustments necessary for operating under the best parameters communicated by the manufacturer
- Performing cleaning and maintenance operations
- Performing cleaning, maintenance and repair operations on the pressurized gas distribution systems
- Drawing up together the technological flow for preparation
- Drawing up the procurement list for consumables and other materials, making the purchases and drawing up the account settlement documents
- Acting proactively to identify possible ways to improve working conditions
- Collecting, organizing and assessing information, making up and completing the necessary documentation
