Job Description:

We are seeking energetic, service oriented B2B Customer Services Specialist for US based client.

The candidate will support the day to day operations and interact with the vendors/ providers on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact directly with customers via phone, chat and email to accomplish business objectives
  • Call to businesses to join network
  • Provider/ Vendor application, registration and contracts
  • Sort and prioritize daily network inquiries and request
  • Support providers across the US States

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in a customer facing environment resolving issues over the phone
  • Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, Computer Skills
  • Excellent Writing Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Experience with B2B and/ or US Insurance Industry is Preferred
