Secours Islamique France (SIF) is a Non-Governmental Organization of international solidarity based in France.

Founded in 1991, SIF is a non-profit and non-political organization that intents to help, to bring relief and to protect the lives of those threatened by natural disasters, armed conflicts or by economic collapse.

SIF intervenes in more than 20 countries around the world through operations of emergency aid, recovery and development. SIF provides its help since more than 20 years in the respect of the cultural diversity, without any distinction of origin, religion or sex.

This role will be based in district of the candidate (in any of these Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Pakpattan, Lodhran, Rajanpur and Rahim Yar Khan) in Punjab.

The candidate will be responsible to collect quality quantitative and qualitative data from the villages by using different data collection tools such as organizing FGDs, conducting interviews with government line departments and execute Household Survey and collect the information on questionaries.

Candidate will also be responsible to supervisor and manage his/her team of data enumerators (one male and one female) in identifying the villages, organizing FGDs and collect accurate and quality information on the household questionnaires.

• Identify the areas of locust infestation in the district
• Hold meeting with district department and district authority and conduct interviews
• Organize FGDs at village level and take notes
• Supervisor and collect data on household Semi-Structured Questionnaires
• Ensure the targeted households selected as per sample frame in the targeted villages
• Ensure quality of data collection through on spot visit, reverification of data questionnaires, review all the questionnaires.
• Ensure all the questionnaires and other data collection tools are completed and properly filled.
• Take all the data collection tools from team of enumerators and review all the tools.
• Dispatch the data collection tools to data entry staff.
• Support Country Office team in holding monitoring visit during data collection exercise.
• Responsible to communicate fairly and clearly to respondents and rapport building during whole data collection exercise.
• Responsible to comply with SIF PSEA policy and Code of Conduct to avoid any sexual exploitation and abuse during whole data collection exercise.
