| Job Description: |
- Leading ,planning,directing,coordinating and controlling all activities of the production
- Managing staff and labor
- Develop, analyze and enhance manufacturing methods to assist production requirements
- Ensure safety and environmental regulation compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor mix designs and oversees plant adherence to the same. Adjust mix designs as raw material sources change
- Making sure all necessary materials are available to the production
- maintaining records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
