Summary

1.     Change manager will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage.

2.     This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to:

a.     business & operational processes

b.     systems and technology

c.     job roles and organization structures.

3.     The person is expected to come up with a master-plan for end-to-end change management including Understanding, Buy-Ins, Execution, Trainings, Roll-outs

4.     Ensure that the work done is in-line with the ultimate purpose of the change – and do necessary course corrections

Skill / Experience Required

1. Communication. (active listening & observation,  ability to articulate responses,  ability to convince / sell the change to stakeholders and users,  ability to steer meetings / conversations with senior forums)
2. Leadership. (be the Change Agent / Leader)
3. Vision / Strategic Analysis (can see long term impacts and direction, – begin with the end in mind)
4. Planning (create a way – step by step solution to mange change)
5. Knowing Change Management Principles and Best Practices (e.g. facilitating knowledge management, learning cascading program)
6. How to roll-out enterprise IT system across multiple geographical and functional streams / locations (knowledge of different approaches, big-bang, waved/incremental roll-outs , others..)
7. Digital Literacy
