We need Live Chat operators to respond to potential clients' queries pro-actively and generate leads/sales via chat support. Candidate should not hesitate to pick up the phone and follow up with potential leads in an attempt to close a sale. Should have a good typing speed.

Few job responsibilities and required skills include.

  Understanding the client's requirements and providing appropriate solutions in order to add value to their business.

  Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, Chat, email.
• 
  
  US/ UK Accent will be preferred.
• 
  
  Willingness to engage in direct sales and customer service calls
• 
  
  Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications
• 
  
  Sales attitude is a must.
• 
  
  Experience / Knowledge about the Printing & Packaging process would be an added advantage
