Job Description: |
- Lead generation and prospecting for new business both directly, with development staff, brokers and or third party employer.
- Building and maintaining close coordination with divisions, branches and sales team for business development and continuous servicing.
- Responsible for conducting pre-sale activities such as client presentations, product awareness sessions and meetings.
- Responsible for post sales servicing such as timely endorsements, claim queries and devising reports for assigned accounts, thereafter renewal activity.
- Provide coordination between clients and company for sustainable relationship.
- To create good co-ordination between operational functions such as policy admin, hotline and claims management for optimal service delivery.
- Responsible for conducting frequent service call meetings with assigned accounts.
- Devise monthly business status/ performance for the department.
- Accountable for renewal of assigned accounts on the basis of service delivery.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
- Ability to learn & adapt quickly
- Hands on experience with Customer Relationship Management
- Good analytical skills & problem solving attitude
