| Job Description: |
Candidate should have following skills:
- Dynamic, result orientated and organized, with hands on experience in all “Nutraceutical” products.
- To lead, manage, coach the technical team and implement GMP, production planning in line with company policies. Communication with staff and HO for better implementation.
- To ensure the compliance of site systems for cGMP and regulatory requirements concerning product quality.
- Responsible to monitor smooth production of nutraceutical products.
- Maintaining quality management system.
- To develop a healthy/friendly environment in all departments.
- Play an active role in risk mitigation planning and give active advice for improvements.
- Implement departmental and individual goals of all departments and take corrective measures to streamline any deviations or hindrance in achieving goals.
- Approving all GMP documentation like SOP's in line with national and international quality standards.
- Oversee new development initiatives.
- Facilitate in the implementation of new products and steamlining processes to suite business needs.
- Organizing internal and external inpections.
