| Job Description: |
- Demonstrate knowledge and application of Organization’s Mission, Vision and Values.
- Act as a Focal Person for Quality & Patient Safety protocols implementation across the Hospital.
- Evaluation of quality and appropriateness of care with the clinical team.
- Establish standards to implement a Hospital-wide QM program.
- Approve, Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) on Regular basis.
- Complaints Management & Utilization Review.
- Assuring the integration of information among Clinical and Non-Clinical teams for Quality Management activities.
- Data collection, organization, and presentation to support the quality and performance improvement process.
- Communication of results of the monitoring and evaluation process to the relevant individuals, Departments or Services.
- Organizing and managing Hospital Clinical Committees.
- Providing reports for the periodic review of the Quality Improvement and patient safety activities.
- Managing processes to ensure the confidentiality of patient data and related information.
- Providing liaison with Health Regulatory Agencies on quality and performance improvement activities.
