Job Responsibilities:

1- Carry Out Day to Day Repairing/Replacement/Soft Repairing of CCTV Equipment. Must have Hands-on experience of Heat Gun, DC Power Supply, DMM, Soldering Iron and other lab equipment.

2- Maintaining Log of Every Repaired/Replaced Item in Lab and Upload it on RMA Portal and G-sheet on Daily Basis.

3- Maintain an accurate inventory of Boards available in the Lab.

4- Provide an Accurate Future Demand of Boards to the Concerned Manager on Monthly Basis.

5- Maintaining Low Wait time for Repairing items to have good customer Experience.

6- Must have good troubleshooting skills of ELV Circuit.

Basic Qualifications:

1- At least three (3) years ELV Circuit Repairing Experience. Working on CCTV Equipment like DVR, NVR, HDD, Cameras, and the PTZ's are preferred

2- Basic Knowledge of Windows use and Email is Mandatory

3- Have Good Communication Skills, English Speaking and Writing Skill will be a Plus

4- Must be Polite, Humble and Extrovert

5- Must have the ability to do multitasking
