Job Description:

We are hiring a customer service representative to handle customer queries.

  • You will also be involved in processing orders through proper channel.
  • If you think you have a customer service attitude then this job is for you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management.
  • Candidates with an O/A level background can also apply.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Can respond to chats & emails proficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Services.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Available to work in shift duties (Morning, Evening & Night) on weekly rotational basis.
