We need a Unity and native Android Support Engineer to help us support 10,000+ customers in using our monetization SDK and to help our teams further develop this product.

Responsibilities:

• Taking the support queries from our clients, logging them in our tickets base, and providing functional support;

• Analyzing technical issues our clients face, identifying root causes, and providing efficient solutions; 

• Communicating with our internal support to help alleviate client queries and escalate SDK issues;

• Reviewing our SDK for potential issues and giving feedback to our product and tech teams to drive a better product; 

• Testing new releases of our SDK in multiple projects to understand potential areas of risk and improvements; 

• Helping our documentation team improve our support guide for clients;

• Building working examples of applications our clients can use as references.

Requirements: 

• At least 2+ years of Unity and native Android development experience, with proven history of working on projects using Unity/C# and Android Studio/Kotlin+Java;

• Ability to understand the errors log, troubleshoot the issues, and fix SDKs conflicts;

• Experience working with SDKs, particularly ad monetization SDKs;

• Flexibility in learning new technologies such as Flutter, Godot, iOS, and accommodate to new missions;

• Self-motivated and able to respond quickly to feedback; 

• Communication: You’ll be working with colleagues and clients in multiple countries and must be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and proactively; 

• Scalable thinking: Yodo1 is on the fast-track to expansion; if you think scalably, you’ll advance quickly.
