| Job Description: |
Primary Job Functions:
- To provide frontline support to customer’s technical queries.
- Must be responsible for initial response to all the queries.
- Manage and support customer environments in Microsoft Azure cloud and Office 365
- Must be able to handle technical queries related to migration and another basic service
- Should have basic understanding of Docker containers, Kubernetes Linux/Windows containerization, either in all or some areas.
Experience: 1-3 year’s experience with applicable tools; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Education: Bachelors in Computer Science or relevant.
Preferred Certification AZ 103 and 203 and must achieve it in initial 3-6 months.
Refresher Training:
- MS-900
- AZ-900
Skills:
- Knowledge in cloud monitoring tools, application performance monitoring tools, operational dash-boarding is desired
- Advanced skills working with Microsoft products
- Working knowledge of know how to deploy and manage microservices using Service
- Fabric, Docker, Kubernetes Linux/Windows containerization.
- Need to have knowledge of Azure PaaS services along with hand on experience with different automation tools.
- Working Experience with auto installation would be good plus.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills should have basic scripting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with analytical problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of development practices
- Experience with Azure solutions such as App Services, App Insights, Storage Accounts,
- Resource Groups and monitoring tools
- Experience with NoSQL databases, Azure SQL or Cosmos DB a plus
