| Job Description: |
This position monitors and controls daily operations of Power house & Maintenance workshop within the required and safety limits; Scheduling and carrying out in time execution of corrective and preventive maintenance functions subscribe to initiatives for continuous system refinement and up gradation.
- These responsibilities are accomplished with the sole purpose of efficient machinery utilization, un interrupted and smooth operation within the economical limits, minimum downtime in emergency cases by ensuring company policies, EHS rules and regulations, Customer code of conduct and management directives.
- Position will have the ownership of knitting unit machines corrective and preventive maintenance along with machine conversion.
- To ensure adherence of corrective & preventive maintenance schedule
- To ensure machine down time at minimum level by ensuring the machines spars availability.
- To ensure all knitting machines conversion as per required fabric structure
- To have close liaison with machines supplier to sort out the critical issue.
- To ensure machines spares at minimum required level
- To ensure sharp tools management and issuance system with proper record keeping.
- To control maintenance spares cost without compromising on machines efficiently and quality.
- To ensure fabric quality production by keeping up to required level of machines health
- To ensure 6s implementation and shift staff /team with production team.
- Ability to maintain the mechanical workshop operations management to provide smooth services to operations department
- Ability order to establish organize & maintain the utilities area operations to improve the production efficiencies
- Ability to maintain the spare parts & inventory management in engineering section for smooth execution of the operations.
