We are looking for a Technical Support Executive for our Head Office Lahore.
Job Role and Duties:
- Provide professional end user support via telephone, email or live web chats.
- Respond to end user problems based on standard procedures.
- Track incidents and calls entering data into the database timely and accurately.
- Compile detailed reports listing request and steps taken to resolve them including specific dates and individuals involved from different departments.
- Organize and file documentation pertaining to software licenses and assit management in alternative research activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience.
- Bachelor in computer science/BIT/BSIT or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
