Requirements:

• Qualification: HSC/ Graduate
• Excellent communication required
• Good Communication & confidence
• Experience candidate 
• Verifying sales calls after completing the call from the sales representative.
• Interacting with the customers about the sales information given by the sales Representative.
• Identifying when the customer is the right party or third party who is interacting with the Sales representative.
• Approving or rejecting the sales calls after verifying with certain details with the Customers and tracking the same.
• If rejected, sharing the feedback to the respective sales managers.
• Attending meetings with Quality assurance team and sharing the new updates to Sales teams.
• Monitoring the calls and sharing feedback to the sales representative.
