• Oversee the production process.
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
• Coordinate with the Planning department.
• Understand clients’ needs and requirements.
• Prepare Daily Production reports. (Machine wise).
• Responsible for taking attendance of labor (manually).
• Identify and select appropriate options for binding, inks, paper and printing processes.
• Supervise and motivate workers.
• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
• Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.
• Foreseeing potential problems before they happen.
• Take daily reports from production supervisor regarding the work.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
• Identify the training needs of the employee.
• Find new effective ways of working.
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.
• Coordinate with the Sales department for knowing the customer or order details. · Assure to give proper training to your joiners
• Identify opportunities to reuse or recycle materials to minimize consumption of new materials, minimize waste, or to convert wastes to by-products.
• Generate Order Status Report and send it to different departments.
• Responsible for efficient and timely delivery of materials, based on customer demand. · Schedule shift according to production need

QC & Maintenance

• Recording, checking and Approving the QC & QA documents.
• Team building and taking productivity from junior & reporting dpt staff.
• Training of team and motivation towards monthly goal and target.
• Attention to detail, all over the process.
• Access & diagnos the root cause if any problems arises.
• Make sure SOP & policies are implemented at all times.
• Inward & outward material should be according to required quality standards.
• Preventive machine maintenance must be done and no down time must work occur.
