ICABBI AND GHOST TRAINED CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE FOR INBOUND CALL CENTER
As a Customer Service Representative and face of our Company, you will be answering inbound calls from UK Based Customers in proficient English (Preferably British Accent).
· For this position you must possess strong working command over ICABBI and GHOST Software.
· Strong British Accent English Knowledge is a must for this position.
· Flexible to work in the Late Evening and Night Shifts.
· Minimum Shifts are for 10 hours
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO DO:
· Pick-up and Drop-off bookings.
· Take secure payment instructions from the customer over the phone.
· In case of an issue from both sides escalate the complaint to relevant. department and seek guidance on priority basis keeping the fact that customer is always right.
· Swiftly handle Queries/Grievances from Drivers.
· In this role you must have excellent communication skills (close listening and soft speaking) and while using your skills always consider 7 Points of Output to ensure the Quality based result to every single call received.
· Take instructions from the customers for a specific vehicle as per his/her requirement.
· Offer customers with timely and error free pricing.
· If required, amend, and cancel active bookings on customer’s request, do as for reason and provide solution where required.
· Liaison with UK Office i.e. Supervisor and Shift In-Charge to resolve any queries which may come-up.
· Always meet a High Level of Customer Service and Satisfaction.
· Handling customer complaints and feedbacks in an efficient manner which can and will increase our business volume.
· Connect the Customer with the Driver to ensure a smooth and pleasant ride. The focus should always be on quality.
· Pickup and Drop-off should always be accurate to maintain High-Quality standards.
