· Managing DevOps & Release Management operations.

· Managing IT Infrastructure Systems & Teams.

· Managing Technical support operations.

· Designing & Implementation of system security protocols.

· Design & Implement IT Information security protocols policy & procedures.

· Ensuring smooth onboarding of clients on the portal.

· Ensuring client queries are resolved in a timely & professional manner.
