BATIK, a well known garments brand is looking for a Production Merchandiser for its production unit in Lahore.

Applicants with a professional background in textile and with relevant experience will be preferred. 

Job Description & other important details are as under.

• Review and discuss seasonal, monthly and weekly development and production plans with head office.


• Develop mechanism for pre-production and production approval from factory, like lab dips and dye-lots and trims approvals.


• Prepare internal order sheet and production planning sheet for smooth production.


• Set production time line for each process/stage of production.


• Responsible to meet samples and overall production target as per set time lines.


• Coordination with suppliers, manufacturers, and head office to ensure proper execution of production plan.


• Pre-Production meeting with factory to ensure compliance of purchase and others.


• Review quality inspection reports from factory and share data with head office.


• Submit daily dispatch and inspection reports with head office.


• Prepare and submit critical path analysis report in case of production variation with provided T&A.  


• Maintain inventory management record and ensure PO closing with factory.


• Remain up-to date with the best industrial practices and working towards their compliance in unit.
