| Job Description: |
We are looking for an IT Support Executive who shall be responsible for the following:
- Installation and troubleshooting of Network related hardware/software.
- Firewall Installation/Configuration & Management
- Remote Network and system support
- Knowledge of Client/server database applications
- Technical Helpdesk Services
- Remote administration of Windows PC's
- Handling/Management of servers
- Routing concepts must be strong
- Knowledge of SIP is a plus
- Call center IT experience will be required
- Disaster Recovery/Backup Management
- Virtualization management
- CCTV Configurations
- Network
- Call center experience is plus
- Knowledge of the Asterisk server will be a big plus Knowledge of basic Linux concepts will be a huge plus

This timing of this job will be from 8:00 pm till 5:00 am (Mon to Fri) |
