  • Manage inbound & outbound calls and resolve customer queries .
  • To manage incoming calls.
  • Doing courtesy calls to customers.
  • Maintain monthly report of courtesy calling.
  • Send email to concern care for unsatisfied customers.
  • To perform any Job or task assigned by the top management.
