Job Description:


  • Answer calls and inquiries from all customers, individuals, with courtesy, efficiency and professionalism within the specified TAT/SLA.
  • Respond, follow up and resolve customer queries/complaints in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.
  • Revise and update customer’s information in the systems according to the processes and procedures as defined by the Customer Care Manual.
  • Document and refer to the appropriate responsible groups complete information on customer requests that cannot be solved at their level.
  • Gather information and intelligence from customers and forward them to the management.
  • Identify and refer to the supervisor any discrepancies either with the system, products and services or any technical problem to ensure an appropriate escalation for rapid and efficient solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Dispute, IT, marketing, sales teams) to enhance customer services and brand awareness as per the defined process


  • Active listening & strong communication skills
  • English and Local language (oral and written)
  • Customer oriented & ability to handle pressure
  • Basic banking knowledge preferred
  • Fresh graduate or one/two years of experience in Contact Centre preferred
