| Job Description: |
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Help Desk Analyst to join our growing team at Avaib. The ideal candidate will be working with a local and offshore team. You would be responsible for supporting company Desktops/Laptops, Servers, as well as cloud-based applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Application Support - First level troubleshooting for mobile app, web app, etc.
- Laptop/desktop Support - Any issues like slow computer, browser acting up, skype not working, etc.
- Scripting - Basic SQL/Database Scripting
- Cloud support - Resolve Azure Basic issues

Required Work shift::
- The applicant must be available to work in the Eastern time zone, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (6 PM to 3 AM Pakistan Standard Time)
