| Job Description: |
- To manage the office work and By-Laws inspections.
- To deal with the clients and give initial instruction about construction according to Bahria Enclave SOP.
- To maintain letters and site memos records.
- To visit the site for completion of the building.
- To check the exterior and interior finishes and coordinate with the design wing for inspection.
- To issue letters on site for violations.
- To finalize the checklist for completion cases coordination with the inspector.
- To maintain office records of under construction and completed projects and coordinates.
- To issue inspection cards and maintain the record.
- To arrange the office files recorded in the record room.
Education: DAE Civil/B.Tech/BSc Civil.
Experience: 12 to 15 years of relevant experience
