Job Description: |
The main responsibilities of a Client Service Executive are:
- Customer Satisfaction And Growth
- Help onboard clients onto Alibaba.com as sellers and provide a - z consulting services
- Meet specific KPIs relating to client performance
- Actively work to satisfy client requirements, manage expectations, and engage in constructive goal-setting with the client
- Ensure client needs are wholly met to the point where the clients become advocates for Trademor’s reputation as an excellent service partner
- Meet client retention goals at the end of service and achieve targeted renewal goals
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities provided by each individual client
- Manage escalations as they arise and promptly resolve any account health risks
- Provide necessary feedback on points of improvement within the internal organizational structure and processes
