About the Role :
We are looking for the position of Experienced International Caller for giving the services of Inbound calls for our foreign clients for customer service of e-commerce store.
Shift Available:
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls if needed
- Receiving incoming calls
- Responding to emails from customers
- Processing orders for customers
Ideal Profile Requirements
- Candidates who have excellent English speaking skills and listening skills almost close to Native are encouraged to apply
