| Job Description: |
- To arrange on time delivery of material to weaver for fabric conversion.
- To keep records of material balances lying with outsource weavers.
- To arrange on time fabric delivery from weaver.
- To close in system (ERP) all work orders for which order is complete.
- To provide material balances/ statement / reconciliation to internal Audit and
- Finance department.
- To arrange lifting up balance material from weavers before processing their
- payments / charges.
- To prepare & provide full & final settlement against each order upon completion &
- arrange for material claims from weaver.
- To arrange invoices, debit note, credit note from weavers & forwarding them to
- finance department after complete checking.
- Any other task relating to outsource fabric conversion as assigned by management.
- To follow up with the weavers or any issue through official mode of communication
- including onsite visits for timely completion our orders & to settle any dispute also
- informed & approval form the management.
