| Job Description: |
- Monitoring start to end process for sampling
- Managing sample (Stitching) department and its Productivity.
- Fabric sourcing (Material & Accessories sourcing).
- Directing & negotiating with suppliers (Manufacturers & retailers)
- Working with design, planning and sales teams.
- Analysis product / order Costing & production Planning.
- Working with product development & designer collections.
- Discuss TNA & Seasons planning with HOD’s as per buyer demand.
- Follow up production according to TNA.
- Generate production Order in ERP.
- Preparing production order sheets & internal Sheets
- Managing quality check in sampling & production
- Time to time updating to the head of department.
- Managing fabric Wearhouse
- Managing CMT / in house production
- Delivery follow up daily basis & meet target as per date.
- Finding the best prices to stay within budgets.
