| Job Description: |
- Translate and document business and functional requirements documentation based.
- on discussions with business stakeholders, project management, product, and business unit.
- Publish and maintain technical documentations to our online documentation systems: Redmine.
- Will be leading user acceptance testing and facilitate test execution from business users.
- Develop and maintain documentation (troubleshooting and triage processes including monitoring and escalation protocols, lists of all systems/platforms/servers that support the program and report layouts).
- Collaborate with vendors, business leads, and engineering group to help understand issues or challenges that is new and learning from those challenges so it can be documented and retained for future reference.
- Provide ongoing training and systems support to QA and business groups as appropriate.
- Identify and coordinate with key technology stakeholders needed to complete tasks and equip them with appropriate context and details regarding objectives.
- Candidate with previous experience or MFS/Fintech experience will be a plus.
