Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Customer Services Representative builds connections on behalf of the company.Identify and evaluate customers` need to deliver satisfaction.
  • Maintain verbal and written correspondence with stakeholders.
  • Build a sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive discussion.
  • Manage complaints and provide proper solutions within time limit.
