We are a dynamic and growing E-commerce brand seeking a full-time Customer Relationship Officer to join our Karachi office. As the Customer Relationship Officer, you will report directly to the General Manager and focus on providing excellent customer service to our clients via phone and online channels.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing courteous and prompt service.
• Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are resolved efficiently with proper follow-up.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Highly motivated, mature, and committed individual.
• Good command over written and spoken English.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and grow within the organization.
• Minimum education: B Com/BBA.
