Job Description:

Join Server4Sale team specializing in web hosting and cloud services

  • Provide technical support for customers using web hosting and cloud server solutions
  • Ensure customer success with IT infrastructure services related to web hosting and cloud servers
  • Gain expertise in IT infrastructure support, web hosting, and cloud technologies

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries (email, chat, phone) for web hosting and cloud server issues
  • Troubleshoot server performance, software, IT issues in web hosting and cloud environments
  • Assist in setup/configuration of web hosting accounts and cloud infrastructure resources
  • Collaborate with teams to develop/implement solutions for web hosting and cloud services
  • Contribute to support process and knowledge base improvements in web hosting and cloud services

Requirements:

  • Basic IT infrastructure support knowledge with a focus on web hosting and cloud services
  • Technical support experience (desktops, laptops, peripherals) in web hosting or cloud environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent and team worker
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Degree/diploma in IT or related field (preferred)
  • Can work with Rotational Shifts. 8am-4pm , 4pm-12am,12am-8am.

Technical Expertise (plus):

  • Web hosting and cloud infrastructure technologies (virtualization, containerization, networking)
  • Operating systems (Linux, Windows) commonly used in web hosting and cloud environments
  • Scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell) for web hosting and cloud services automation

Skills:

  • Customer service skills (empathy, clear communication, timely resolution) for web hosting and cloud services users
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure support concepts and troubleshooting techniques in web hosting and cloud environments
  • Fast-paced, team-oriented work ability
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail
  • Adaptability to new web hosting and cloud technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Good organizational and time management skills
