• Production planning, scheduling, proper implementation & control of manufacturing processes.
• To oversee production department i.e. production/packing sections.
• To monitor and plan production operations in the light of market demands and ensure optimum utilization of all resources.
• To ensure proper co-ordination of all production activities from raw material issue to packed product.
• To minimize wastage of products during production and packing.
• To give suggestions for recipe improvement and developing or new formulation, process (manufacturing & packaging).
• To ensure that new technology is continuously applied.
• To ensure compliance with Hygiene & Sanitation Policy.

Skills required:

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to handle Fast-paced environment, subject to numerous schedule and priority changes and short notice activity.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, and to respond effectively to multiple tasks and demands.
• Ability to communicate and work in a professional manner to internal and external environment.
• Must be detailed and deadline-oriented.
