| Job Description: |
- We are looking for Male/Female CSR for Canadian based inbound services.
- We are providing 24/7 customer service so the agent should be flexible to work in rotating shifts.
Skills Required:
Essential skills and attributes required:
- Proficient, articulate with well accented English pronunciation along with the basic requirements for good diction, Grammar and Sentence structures.
- A confident and clear telephone manner
- Can do attitude and strong work ethic
- Typing and data entry skills in excess of 20 words a minute
- Primary knowledge of using computers and the internet research is mandatory
- Spelling, accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Punctuality and Being on time is requisite
- Prior experience in Call Center experience will be highly regarded.
