| Job Description: |
| We are looking to hire a Product Manager to work with the development team.
- Define the Product Strategy and Road Mapping Products
- Performing reviews of work products like RS, FS, design, user documentation etc.
- Investigating and setting standards for quality and safety
- Manage a software test lab and work with test leads to implement and track schedules
- Performing QA and test planning for a project.
- Managing Release cycles
- Design and development of test cases
- Performing internal quality audits.
- Work with peer managers and development team to manage a test group delivering platform product components
Skills Required
- Strong software product knowledge
- Good team management skills
- Quality assurance background is plus
- Knowledge of QA best practices
- Understanding of testing methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Web App is a plus
- Experience with Automation tools is a plus
- Knowlege of HTML, PHP Javascript is plus
- Must be able to work well in tight deadlines and on multiple tasks
