- Creating Concept Documents
- Process flow chart for VAS services (IVR, SMS, USSD, APPs)
- Design & Scope Documentation (Functional Specification)
- Making user guides, FAQs, for new products
- Ensure availability and meeting timelines
- Basic hands on Microsoft Visio for product process flows
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
