| Job Description: |
- Must have knowledge and thorough understanding of Hajj People operations, product services, projects events etc. So that the person can easily communicate with customers and share the appropriate information with the customers
- Responsible for generating Sales aggressively for Hajj People upcoming events which includes Hajj Umrah Exhibitions in UK Paris and World Hajj Umrah Convention (WHUC)
- Brief customers, individuals and companies about terms conditions related to participation in various events of Hajj People
- Inform customer of discount policies of the companys category wise
- Work with Corporate Sales Manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
- Receives customers' requests by telephone or mail, analyzes requests, provides information requested or ascertains who can best provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person.
- Analyzes transactions, corrects records, and adjusts errors.
- Traces status of potential customers through Sales department reports
- Maintain liaison with other departments for getting the things mature
- Any other tasks assigned by the Country Head (Pakistan), Corporate Sales Manager (Tele Sales)
