| OddPals is looking for a highly self motivated and devoted Customer Support Representative.
Job Description
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, internet chats, Skype or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Launch customer complaints and resolve them subsequently
- To highlight the angry customers and critical complain and set priorities accordingly for resolution
- Perform customer/order verifications
- Keep records of customer inquiries, comments, complaints and interactions in an online system
- Record details of actions taken and take follow up
- Manage administration
- Follow up on customer interactions and keep record of their feedback
Desired Skills
- Interpersonal and Problem solving skills
- Sound Communication and Listening skills - verbal and written, both English Urdu is a must
- Customer service orientation
- Good knowledge of computers and internet
- Stress tolerance
