Skills Required:

The applicant must know about PHP syntax and semantics. He should know how to implement OOP in PHP as well as functional programming. He should be well aware of any one of the following frameworks:

1 - Codeignitor Framework

2 - Zend Framework

3 - PHP Cake Framework

He should be able to write a very optimized code that can work effectively under a heavy load (i.e. millions of requests per day). He should be able to use the power of PHP up to its capacity.

He should know how to design databases and write optimized queries sothat it works very efficiently with billions of records.

He should be good in Data Structures and Algorithms and should have a strong knowledge of it's applications in our problem solvings.

Last but not the least, he should have a strong knowledge about JQuery, HTML and basic CSS
