| Job Description: |
As a front-end developer at 3AMD Group, you will specialize in building responsive, elegant webpages and implementing them into content management systems. You may design or work on extending front-end pieces of a CMS to help satisfy client requirements. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about and have experience in building cutting-edge user experiences.
Responsibilities: - Write high quality, cross-browser compatible HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Work closely with designers and UX to provide technical input of UI concepts and design implementation.
- Collaborate with server-side implementers to satisfy both the design and
functional requirements. - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently to meet client delivery dates.
- Learn next generation technologies and pick up server-side languages
as necessary. - Adopt and utilize iterative and waterfall methodologies as needed or requested (Agile).
Requirements and Qualifications: - Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Web application development experience.
- Exposure to server-side technologies.
- Ability to convert PSD files into functional HTML.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Experience working in cross-browser platforms.
- Familiarity of SEO coding techniques and concepts.
- Exposure to a wide range of front-end tools (debuggers, linters, automated test suites), frameworks (jQuery, GWT, ExtJS, YUI), and techniques (webpage performance, progressive enhancement/graceful degradation, responsive web design).

Object-oriented JavaScript.
- Working experience with front-end development inside a CMS environment.
- LESS/SASS working experience is a plus.
