Job Description:

5 Customer Service Respresentative Required

Inbound US Campaign : The campaign is for a multi-national Travel Agency

Responsibilities

Book and reserve holidays, tickets and hotels

Provide customer services

Update the CRM

Perform general Administrative duties

Skill and Experience

Minimum 1year of experience in callcentre industry

Excellent telephonic manners

Excellent oral english

American or Neutral accent

Shift Timings

Monday-Friday 5pm to 3am with one hour break

Salary

Rs 20000 for the first 3 months (probation period) Rs 25000 after probation

We will bear one side travel for FEMALES
