Reporting Line: IT Administrator

Basic Objective:

An Application Developer is skilled at developing cutting edge web based applications using the components of .net programming. The role requires the design, development and implementation of applications which provide solutions to business problems.

The role involves supporting the development of CRI customized web based applications from initial specification to final release to users and stakeholders. The Application Developer will also be responsible for providing technical advice and guidance as may be required.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Determine the approach to be utilized in a project implementation.
• Should have understanding of the product from both a functional and technical perspective.
• Possess comprehensive understanding of the implementation methodologies for the technology being utilized in product development, such as .NET Framework.
• Participate in all phases of .Net based application development especially on application GUI, Middle Tier, Services Databases, Application data security and unit testing.

• Participates in every aspect of the development and implementation, working with project manager to ensure full understanding of the change implications to business processes.
• Designs and builds product deliverables according to specifications, escalates technical design or specification issues to project manager and application development director, and works within a given time frame to complete coding.
• Follows good development practices and software development life cycle methodologies throughout product development.
• Following current and prospective ISO Standards, policies and procedures as per MR Instructions.
• Any other taks assigned by the managment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

At least BS Computer Sciences, BS IT with 02 to 03 years related experience. Microsoft certified solution developer (MCSD) is preferred.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Should have hand on experience with .Net 3.x/4.x, ASP.Net, MBC, WCF Services, AJAX entity dream work.

Should be hands on with HTML, CSS, Java Script/J Query

Should have strong SQL Relational Database skills

Should have strong knowledge of application security, data security, e-commerce solutions etc.
