Job Description:

The ideal candidate should:

Hold a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics.
Should have 3 4 years of relevant work experience in telecom sector

Job Description

Maintain close coordination with Sales Team for resolution of customers complaints immediately after coordinating with cross functional teams.
Follow up with vendor for achievement of technical KPIs against set targets of his assigned business area.
Ensure 99.99% Fiber optic availability alarm free network
Conduct periodic NMS and system audit to ensure system stability (Ericsson/Huawei).
Coordination with subcontractor for Fiber Network activities and Security matters WO execution as per agreed SLA
Maintains an inventory of the test equipment tools and ensure its calibration.
Generate regular reports (cable cut, Equipment and site reports) for an efficient management.
Responsible for all threats/aversions on PMCL OFC network are dealt with in a manner to safe guard the network.
Survey, Supervision and Co-ordination with Vendors for OSP Work in Order to prevent Fiber Breakages and Damage.
Ensure Cable system remains in good working conditions by performing schedule Preventive maintenance of OFC and equipment.

Essential Skills

Fiber Optic Operations/Field Operations.
Telecom (Ericsson Huawei) Non Telecom work knowledge
Data analysis skills.

Desirable Skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Should have good Interpersonal and communication skills.
